When Frederico Custódio fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored São Paulo Futebol Clube's protests and gave Frederico Custódio a yellow card for diving instead. After 36 played minutes São Paulo Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Frederico Custódio. 37 minutes into the game, FRIENDS CITY's Wanderson de Toledo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After 94 played minutes, FRIENDS CITY's Fabiano Oliveira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arturo Bianco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FRIENDS CITY reached it. FRIENDS CITY played a much better game than São Paulo Futebol Clube and deserved their victory. The São Paulo Futebol Clube players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
