João Pedro Guedes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeu Quintal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the game, Cascavel's Adam Encuțescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Pedro Guedes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Luiz Fabiano Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wanderson de Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Cascavel's goal looked a bit too open when Wanderson de Toledo came free, but Mazinho Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Cascavel getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Amadeu Quintal hit a great ball. Wanderson de Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 20th minute Luiz Fabiano Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mazinho Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mazinho Gaúcho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wanderson de Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Mazinho Gaúcho came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by FRIENDS CITY's Luiz Fabiano Gomes. But to his dismay, Luiz Fabiano Gomes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 28th minute, Luiz Fabiano Gomes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mazinho Gaúcho was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After 31 played minutes Cascavel got a freekick which was hit by Pedrinho Zanette. With a little luck, Cascavel's Mazinho Gaúcho got control of the ball when Fabiano Oliveira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mazinho Gaúcho came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by FRIENDS CITY's Luiz Fabiano Gomes. But to his dismay, Luiz Fabiano Gomes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. When FRIENDS CITY's Wanderson de Toledo in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cascavel's goalie prevented a goal. João Pedro Guedes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boudewijn De Mijer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wanderson de Toledo hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Mazinho Gaúcho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Fabiano Gomes in the 46th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Mazinho Gaúcho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

The wind increased when Wanderson de Toledo made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Luiz Fabiano Gomes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Mazinho Gaúcho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Luiz Fabiano Gomes sped through Cascavel's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mazinho Gaúcho. If Wanderson de Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 66 minutes into the match, FRIENDS CITY's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu Quintal came free, but João Pedro Guedes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mazinho Gaúcho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wanderson de Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When FRIENDS CITY's Wanderson de Toledo in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Mazinho Gaúcho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fabiano Gomes in the 76th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wanderson de Toledo in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mazinho Gaúcho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Fabiano Gomes in the 81st minute of play forced Cascavel's goalkeeper Mazinho Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Adam Encuțescu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Amadeu Quintal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. João Pedro Guedes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wanderson de Toledo got in the 87th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Mazinho Gaúcho handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Wanderson de Toledo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mazinho Gaúcho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FRIENDS CITY fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cascavel had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
