One of EC Caucaia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FRIENDS CITY:s goal. Luiz Fabiano Gomes hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Claudinho Abreu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wanderson de Toledo in the 13th minute of the match. FRIENDS CITY's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabiano Oliveira in the 14th minute. 18 minutes into the match, FRIENDS CITY's Wanderson de Toledo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudinho Abreu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. EC Caucaia's Claudinho Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wanderson de Toledo in the 22nd minute of play. The tension between the FRIENDS CITY and the EC Caucaia players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of EC Caucaia booed when FRIENDS CITY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabiano Oliveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. EC Caucaia's Claudinho Abreu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save EC Caucaia from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wanderson de Toledo in the 34th minute of play forced EC Caucaia's goalkeeper Claudinho Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudinho Abreu came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by FRIENDS CITY's Wanderson de Toledo. But to his dismay, Wanderson de Toledo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 40 minutes into the match, EC Caucaia's goal looked a bit too open when Wanderson de Toledo came free, but Claudinho Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Diego Quadros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute, Rafa Saldanha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diego Quadros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, EC Caucaia's Diego Quadros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Pedro Guedes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gugu Cordeiro in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Pedro Guedes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. EC Caucaia's Claudinho Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafa Saldanha in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Wanderson de Toledo made a precise shot to the right of Claudinho Abreu. EC Caucaia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Diego Quadros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gugu Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gugu Cordeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Aníbal Aparecido came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the EC Caucaia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aníbal Aparecido couldn't finish the play. FRIENDS CITY's João Pedro Guedes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save FRIENDS CITY from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in FRIENDS CITY's zone, Gugu Cordeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Pedro Guedes came out of the goal and Gugu Cordeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. EC Caucaia's Claudinho Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fabiano Gomes in the 77th minute of play. After 78 minutes EC Caucaia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabiano Oliveira who took care of the corner kick. Fabiano Oliveira made a great header on FRIENDS CITY's corner, it was just that EC Caucaia's Claudinho Abreu managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 83rd minute, Wanderson de Toledo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudinho Abreu was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. FRIENDS CITY's João Pedro Guedes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Quadros in the 86th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the EC Caucaia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FRIENDS CITY.
