If Reinaldo de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomás Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Pirani having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Guga Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Pirani was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Reinaldo de Alcântara showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, FORÇA JOVEM F.C's goalkeeper Juan Pirani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Júnior Santos. FORÇA JOVEM F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Júnior Santos scored to the left of an out of position Juan Pirani, making the score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Mundial EC's Erik de Alcântara got a free kick in the 24th minute. Mundial EC's Germano Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Vianna in the 27th minute of play. When Ademar Severo fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FORÇA JOVEM F.C's protests and gave Ademar Severo a yellow card for diving instead. Ademar Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Tomás Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Erik de Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Mundial EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik de Alcântara couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in FORÇA JOVEM F.C's zone, Reinaldo de Alcântara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Pirani came out of the goal and Reinaldo de Alcântara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 35 played minutes Mundial EC got a freekick which was hit by Faustão Alvarenga. Reinaldo de Alcântara succeeded in the game's 39th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Erik de Alcântara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juan Pirani having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Senna got free with Juan Pirani in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erik de Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute of the match Alberto Vianna sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Germano Moraes skillfully saved the ball. Mundial EC's Erik de Alcântara got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomás Senna to make the kick off. Sidnei Reis kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th match minute, Mundial EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júnior Santos to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute of the match Will de Backer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Pirani showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 64thth minute of the game Tomás Senna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FORÇA JOVEM F.C's Juan Pirani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Juan Pirani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Senna's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Juan Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Senna in the 69th minute of play. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Tomás Senna sped through FORÇA JOVEM F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Juan Pirani. Juan Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júnior Santos in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to FORÇA JOVEM F.C getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ademar Severo hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the game, Mundial EC's Tomás Senna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Pirani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. The Mundial EC fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Mundial EC's Tomás Senna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomás Senna in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Pirani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juan Pirani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomás Senna went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Mundial EC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
