Wiliam Castro came out of the goal and José Paulo de Brito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, Txeru Anieva notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Empocado's Wiliam Castro. Wiliam Castro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute Txeru Anieva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiliam Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Paulo de Brito in the 38th minute of play forced Empocado's goalkeeper Wiliam Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Complexo do PJ's Vladimir Meira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Siqueira in the 39th minute of play. Empocado's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when José Paulo de Brito scored to the left of an out of position Wiliam Castro, making the score, 5-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The wind increased when Txeru Anieva made the kick off in the second half. Wiliam Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Paulo de Brito in the 53rd minute of play. The corner led Complexo do PJ's Junior Alonso to fire away a dangerous shot which Wiliam Castro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 56th minute Pedro Luiz Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimir Meira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Junior Alonso kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Pedro Luiz Schmidt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vladimir Meira was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. José Paulo de Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. In the 76th minute, Txeru Anieva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacinto Fernandez's late challenge caught a Complexo do PJ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacinto Fernandez helped the player get up and apologised. Jacinto Fernandez kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Empocado's goal looked a bit too open when Txeru Anieva came free, but Wiliam Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Paulo de Brito in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wiliam Castro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wiliam Castro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Txeru Anieva went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score.
