Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pedro Luiz Schmidt kicked off to start the match. When Durval Vaz came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Campos Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Durval Vaz couldn't finish the play. In the 5th minute Ramiro Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiliam Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Nicolas Siqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Empocado's zone, Belmiro Catarinense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wiliam Castro came out of the goal and Belmiro Catarinense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wiliam Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belmiro Catarinense in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th match minute, Empocado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Siqueira to maneuver through the defense. Oswaldo Veiga kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Pedro Luiz Schmidt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aleksander Majerowicz. The goal made the score 1-0. After 17 played minutes Empocado got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Nascimento. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belmiro Catarinense in the 18th minute of play forced Empocado's goalkeeper Wiliam Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolas Siqueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Aleksander Majerowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Reis in the 21st minute of play forced Empocado's goalkeeper Wiliam Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Campos Juniors's Aleksander Majerowicz got control of the ball when Nicolas Siqueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Empocado getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Jacinto Fernandez hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Durval Vaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Campos Juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Aleksander Majerowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardinho Quintal in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Nicolas Siqueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aleksander Majerowicz. Campos Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolas Siqueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 43 played minutes Campos Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Davi Santos.

Jacinto Fernandez kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Nicolas Siqueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Luiz Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksander Majerowicz having to interfere. A collision led to Campos Juniors getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Ismael Cerezo hit a great ball. In the 77th match minute, Campos Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernandão Figueiredo to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Luiz Schmidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Aleksander Majerowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aleksander Majerowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luiz Schmidt in the 85th minute of the match. Nicolas Siqueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Luiz Schmidt struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Aleksander Majerowicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Empocado. In the 88th minute, Fernandão Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Jacinto Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Campos Juniors's Oswaldo Veiga managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Valério Magalhães in the 94 minute of the game. Pedro Luiz Schmidt might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aleksander Majerowicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Luiz Schmidt ran back to his position shaking his head. Campos Juniors's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
