Falcão Velasco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brian Montenegro's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. The audience was convinced that Brian Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Falcão Velasco was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. When Denílson Lopes came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the C.A Gryffindor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denílson Lopes couldn't finish the play. When C.A Gryffindor's Brian Montenegro in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The corner ended in Brian Montenegro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Coquiero's Falcão Velasco did a great save. If Brian Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Falcão Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Montenegro in the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Coquiero's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Brian Montenegro was slow to take the kick. During this time C.A Gryffindor's players had a chance to rest. Perico Serra tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Falcão Velasco. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-2 in the 23rd minute. Falcão Velasco came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A Gryffindor's Brian Montenegro. But to his dismay, Brian Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Falcão Velasco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Denílson Lopes went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 33rd minute, Brian Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Falcão Velasco. Coquiero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Serafim Silveira made in the 42nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Luiz Fabiano de Salles. After the first half C.A Gryffindor were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oséias Almeida stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafa Berger during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rafa Berger hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Falcão Velasco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Coquiero's Christian Salles was substituted for Luiz Fabiano de Salles. Vedillo Quijano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Falcão Velasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee showed Oséias Almeida the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th minute, Serafim Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Dennis Bergkamp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Falcão Velasco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. 0-12 became the score in the 90th minute when Dennis Bergkamp elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Serafim Silveira made in the 93rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Christian Salles. C.A Gryffindor's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
