Oséias Nascimentos short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Dráusio de Queirós to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Oséias Nascimento who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Dráusio de Queirós when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dráusio de Queirós didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oséias Nascimento went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Varadouro F. C.'s Inácio Miranda slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dráusio de Queirós. That made the score 3-0 after 24 minutes of play. Percy Zanette kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Smashing PumpkinS's goalkeeper Dráusio de Queirós had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oséias Nascimento. Oséias Nascimento succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 30th playminute. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Oséias Nascimento took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Dráusio de Queirós to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Varadouro F. C.'s Inácio Miranda got a free kick in the 39th minute. When Válbson Alves fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Smashing PumpkinS's protests and gave Válbson Alves a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd minute, Válbson Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oséias Nascimento to strike the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes, Oséias Nascimento made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Smashing PumpkinS's Dráusio de Queirós tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Smashing PumpkinS's goal looked a bit too open when Oséias Nascimento came free, but Dráusio de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
