The Xurupita FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Coelho should have stopped the shot. George Apelqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustavo Coelho having to make a save. 23 minutes into the match, Xurupita FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Coelho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roberto Simão. In the 25th match minute, Real Mente Burro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guga Tavares to maneuver through the defense. After 93 minutes, Lilian Vântu made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Real Mente Burro's Cauã Lopes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Many of Xurupita FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Xurupita FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Real Mente Burro were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
