Natã Pereira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Siro Abel having to make a save. Siro Abel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Bastos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Sedex F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Natã Pereira came free, but Siro Abel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
