The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th match minute, Luzeiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian de Andrade to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Luzeiro's Ian de Andrade got a free kick in the 12th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavinho Hermes in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Davi Valadares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24thth minute of the game Flavinho Hermes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inter de Melão's Davi Valadares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 30 played minutes Delfim Paraense rounded Luzeiro's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. After 34 played minutes Luzeiro got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fernando Loyola. Delfim Paraenses short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Luisinho Queirós to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Davi Valadares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian de Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Davi Valadares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ian de Andrade's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Tobias Zachrisson struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Luisinho Queirós didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter de Melão. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Delfim Paraense stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
