Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Augusto Endura kicked off to start the match. Betão Galvão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glauco Sampaio in the 4th minute of play. Betão Galvão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Glauco Sampaio's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. In the 7th minute Glauco Sampaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betão Galvão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Trinca Ferro's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Glauco Sampaio in the 8th minute. The corner ended in Glauco Sampaio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cujuim's Betão Galvão did a great save. A collision led to Cujuim getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Sílvio Luís da Cunha hit a great ball. In the 10th match minute, Trinca Ferro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Neiva to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Semail Çelikyay took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Hudson Félix to make any attempt to save it. Hudson Félix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Cavalcante, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The supporters of Cujuim booed when Trinca Ferro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Régis Sanches didn't get a good kick on the ball. Betão Galvão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glauco Sampaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augusto Endura received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hudson Félix came out and tried to block the shot, but Augusto Endura slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 21st minute. In the 27th match minute, Cujuim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Umberto Linhares to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Glauco Sampaio in the 29th minute of play forced Cujuim's goalkeeper Betão Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Glauco Sampaio in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Betão Galvão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Cujuim's Augusto Endura slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hudson Félix. That made the score 3-0 after 31 minutes of play. Hudson Félix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Cavalcante in the 34th minute of the match. Hudson Félix made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Augusto Endura sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Glauco Sampaio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Betão Galvão was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Hudson Félix made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augusto Endura in the 44th minute. If Benjamin Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Trinca Ferro getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Raúl Nascimento hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

In the 52nd minute, Glauco Sampaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augusto Endura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Semail Çelikyay in the 54th minute of play forced Trinca Ferro's goalkeeper Hudson Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glauco Sampaio kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Glauco Sampaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betão Galvão having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Glauco Sampaio in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Betão Galvão saved Cujuim from getting behind. After 66 played minutes Trinca Ferro got a freekick which was hit by Vicente do Vale. After 69th play minutes Glauco Sampaio shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Betão Galvão and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 74th minute Semail Çelikyay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hudson Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Cujuim's Júlio Cavalcante nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hudson Félix made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. The supporters of Cujuim booed when Trinca Ferro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hortêncio Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hudson Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umberto Linhares in the 81st minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Hortêncio Lopez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trinca Ferro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cujuim the free kick. After 86 played minutes Trinca Ferro got a freekick which was hit by Hortêncio Lopez. Hudson Félix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Semail Çelikyay, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The audience was convinced that Semail Çelikyay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hudson Félix was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Augusto Endura struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Hudson Félix didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cujuim. For all the effort they put into the match, the Trinca Ferro players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cujuim.
