Spectators: 7732 (Terracing: 5800, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Genko Balevski started the match with the kick off. Genko Balevski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 2nd minute of the match, but Marcelinho Antunes made a huge save. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Clara FC's goalie and right to Wágner Breckenfeld. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Clara FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 6 minutes into the game, Genko Balevski lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Marcelinho Antunes. A collision led to Clara FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Eurico Brito hit a great ball. Genko Balevski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Marcelinho Antunes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 13th minute, Genko Balevski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Clara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Genko Balevski came free, but Marcelinho Antunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Genko Balevski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelinho Antunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Genko Balevski got free with Marcelinho Antunes in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Genko Balevski in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelinho Antunes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In a very dangerous position, a player in CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA:s Melquiades Amor showed great skill when he stopped André Luís Moraes:s penalty. In the 26th minute, André Luís Moraes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clara FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Melquiades Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio Mineiro in the 29th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Clara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raúl Pinho to maneuver through the defense. Marcelinho Antunes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wágner Breckenfeld went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Hulk Fenomeno got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wágner Breckenfeld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Marcelinho Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wágner Breckenfeld got free with Marcelinho Antunes in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd match minute, Clara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raúl Pinho to maneuver through the defense. When Hulk Fenomeno came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hulk Fenomeno couldn't finish the play. Fausto Mendonça hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Hulk Fenomeno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when João Adolfo Pirani stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Clara FC's Marcelinho Antunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hulk Fenomeno in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA booed when Clara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raúl Pinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Hulk Fenomeno came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hulk Fenomeno couldn't finish the play. Hulk Fenomeno struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Marcelinho Antunes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA. After 63 minutes of play, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Hulk Fenomeno made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcelinho Antunes was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Wágner Breckenfeld sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelinho Antunes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 68 minutes into the game, Wágner Breckenfeld cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Marcelinho Antunes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. João Adolfo Pirani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Wágner Breckenfeld sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelinho Antunes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wágner Breckenfeld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelinho Antunes having to interfere. Clara FC's Marcelinho Antunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hulk Fenomeno in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Hulk Fenomeno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelinho Antunes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Beto Hoffmann fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's protests and gave Beto Hoffmann a yellow card for diving instead. Beto Hoffmann hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
