Spectators: 7658 (Terracing: 5745, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 152) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tony Leme kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, Farroupilha FC's Angelo Amorim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Salem Moco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Salem Moco came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Farroupilha FC's Edu Gomes. But to his dismay, Edu Gomes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Tony Leme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Edu Gomes notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Turmalina's Salem Moco. Salem Moco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 19 minutes into the match, Farroupilha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Leme came free, but Benjamim Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cleiton Brito hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Farroupilha FC's Angelo Amorim got a free kick in the 21st minute. Vinícius Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristiano Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The supporters of Turmalina booed when Farroupilha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sílvio Luís Paraibano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salem Moco came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Farroupilha FC's Edu Gomes. But to his dismay, Edu Gomes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Salem Moco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angelo Amorim went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Salem Moco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edu Gomes in the 45th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edu Gomes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Edu Gomes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Farroupilha FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. Salem Moco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edu Gomes in the 56th minute. Salem Moco was a little too slow when Edu Gomes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-8. In the 69th minute, Farroupilha FC's Conrado Sabóia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-9. After having played for 73 minutes, Edu Gomes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Farroupilha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edu Gomes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Tony Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Edu Gomes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Salem Moco. That made the score 1-10 in the 84 minute of play. Angelo Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Salem Moco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salem Moco didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Farroupilha FC's Edu Gomes shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-11 in the ordered_time% minute. The Farroupilha FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
