After a rather tough play, PERNA DE PAU SC's Valentin Drăgan got a free kick in the 6th minute. Przemyslaw Indyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute, Paulão Dionísio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. John Ponta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. PERNA DE PAU SC's Geovanni Arruda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save PERNA DE PAU SC from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes into the match, Eleven Souls's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Paz came free, but Przemyslaw Indyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geovanni Arruda made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Paulão Dionísio sent off a good shot on target. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went.
