Spectators: 7668 (Terracing: 5751, Seating: 1764, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rony Rosa took the kick off in the first half of the match. Leon Uxio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarbas Vargas in the 6th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Cipriano Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Russe Athletic's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Duarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leon Uxio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute of the match, Edvīns Bebris got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leon Uxio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 12 minutes into the match, Razer Sphex's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Meira came free, but Leon Uxio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Russe Athletic's Patrick Meira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leon Uxio. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. Eurico de Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeferson Diniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Razer Sphex's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Patrick Meira scored to the left of an out of position Leon Uxio, making the score, 2-0. 31 minutes into the match, Razer Sphex's goalkeeper Leon Uxio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cipriano Duarte. In the 35th minute, Russe Athletic's Jarbas Vargas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leon Uxio. Leon Uxio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. After some careless play in the Razer Sphex defense, Patrick Meira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leon Uxio. The Razer Sphex fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leon Uxio should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Rafael Maraschin's late challenge caught a Russe Athletic's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Maraschin helped the player get up and apologised. After 51 played minutes Razer Sphex got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Maraschin. After a rather tough play, Razer Sphex's João Augusto Motta got a free kick in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Russe Athletic's goalkeeper Eurico de Godoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeferson Diniz. In the 66thth minute of the game Rony Rosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Russe Athletic's Eurico de Godoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Razer Sphex getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Rony Rosa hit a great ball. Leon Uxio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Riesgo in the 86th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Riesgo notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Razer Sphex's Leon Uxio. Leon Uxio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Razer Sphex's goalkeeper Leon Uxio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Russe Athletic players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
