With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilvan Sanches prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kauan de Senna made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Jessie Pinkman sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Artemio Argoitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilvan Sanches was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Green Squad FC's Ulisses Antunes got a free kick in the 65th minute. Kauan de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jessie Pinkman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilvan Sanches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Portalupi, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chester Bennington walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
