Spectators: 7507 (Terracing: 5751, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 25) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Çakabey Eroğul kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Chimarrao getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Eliézer Arce hit a great ball. Archie Mathews didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Çakabey Eroğul went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Archie Mathews showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Tróia, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caio Tróia in the 18th minute of play forced Chimarrao's goalkeeper Archie Mathews to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Percival Nascimento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Archie Mathews was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 25 minutes into the match, Chimarrao's goal looked a bit too open when Çakabey Eroğul came free, but Archie Mathews reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Marco Tróia sped through Chimarrao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Archie Mathews. 36 minutes into the match, Chimarrao's goal looked a bit too open when Percival Nascimento came free, but Archie Mathews reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Guto Branco notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Chimarrao's Archie Mathews. Archie Mathews was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 42 played minutes Chimarrao got a freekick which was hit by Betinho de Toledo. Archie Mathews came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Carona's Caio Tróia. But to his dismay, Caio Tróia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8.

If Çakabey Eroğul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 54 minutes into the match, Chimarrao's goalkeeper Archie Mathews had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Tróia. Marco Tróia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Archie Mathews made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Çakabey Eroğul got free with Archie Mathews in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marco Tróia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Archie Mathews made a huge save. Björn Åkesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betinho de Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Archie Mathews was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Percival Nascimento showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 73 minute of play. Çakabey Eroğul who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Archie Mathews when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Chimarrao defense, Caio Tróia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Archie Mathews. The Chimarrao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Archie Mathews should have stopped the shot. In the 81st play minute Marco Tróia came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Archie Mathews. 0-12. Çakabey Eroğul hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Guto Branco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Archie Mathews took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caio Tróia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Archie Mathews made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Çakabey Eroğul sent off a good shot on target. 91 minutes into the match, Caio Tróia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Archie Mathews. Chimarrao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Caio Tróia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-13. When the final whistle sounded Carona left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chimarrao.
