Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edgard Arruda got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Muçum FC's Dé Koehler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Esteves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 7th minute, Charles da Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilson Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dé Koehler in the 9th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Dé Koehler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Muçum FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dé Koehler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Esteves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Evandro Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 18 played minutes SANTA LUZIA got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Arruda. A collision led to SANTA LUZIA getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Charles da Cunha hit a great ball. After 22 played minutes, Muçum FC's Percy Alagoano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wilson Esteves came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Muçum FC reached it. After some careless play in the SANTA LUZIA defense, Dé Koehler kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Esteves. The SANTA LUZIA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Esteves should have stopped the shot. Wilson Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé Koehler in the 26th minute of the match. Evandro Barros scored 0-3 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Esteves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dé Koehler scored 0-4 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Esteves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Muçum FC's Dé Koehler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Esteves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Evandro Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dé Koehler in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Esteves saved SANTA LUZIA from getting behind. When Evandro Barros came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Muçum FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evandro Barros couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dé Koehler to make the kick off. Joélson Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dadá Hermes having to interfere. SANTA LUZIA's Wilson Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dé Koehler in the 59th minute of play. Evandro Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Joélson Salles hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. If Edgard Arruda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronaldinho Vianna might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Esteves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ronaldinho Vianna ran back to his position shaking his head. When Muçum FC's Dé Koehler in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SANTA LUZIA's goalie prevented a goal. Evandro Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Wilson Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to SANTA LUZIA getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Luiz Fabiano Maia hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in SANTA LUZIA's zone, Dé Koehler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Esteves came out of the goal and Dé Koehler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute, Charles da Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joélson Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dadá Hermes having to interfere. Wilson Esteves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dé Koehler in the 85th minute. After taking down the ball on Muçum FC's corner Percy Alagoano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wilson Esteves quite easily take care of the ball. In the 96th minute, Dé Koehler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Muçum FC played a much better game than SANTA LUZIA and deserved their victory. The SANTA LUZIA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
