Spectators: 7598 (Terracing: 5794, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gugu Maranhense started the match with the kick off. 14 minutes into the match, FS Baile De Monique's goalkeeper Mané Brasil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Noel Senna. David de Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Jeremias Viana got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mané Brasil made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Caetano Paranaense sent off a good shot on target. 24 minutes into the match, Caetano Paranaense dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mané Brasil, 1-0. In the 27th minute Shi Yang Gang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fábio Peixoto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Shi Yang Gang notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Carlinhos F.C's Fábio Peixoto. Fábio Peixoto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 30 played minutes FS Baile De Monique got a freekick which was hit by Pan Quan Chao. Shi Yang Gang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had been going on for 39 minutes, Carlinhos F.C's Noel Senna got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Mané Brasil. 42 minutes into the match, Michel Urbano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mané Brasil, 3-1. Fábio Peixoto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shi Yang Gang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 47 minutes, Shi Yang Gang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FS Baile De Monique's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shi Yang Gang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

If Shi Yang Gang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fábio Peixoto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shi Yang Gang in the 51st minute of play. Shi Yang Gang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fábio Peixoto having to make a save. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Carlinhos F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pan Quan Chao was slow to take the kick. During this time FS Baile De Monique's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Carlinhos F.C getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Michel Urbano hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, FS Baile De Monique's goal looked a bit too open when Noel Senna came free, but Mané Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, FS Baile De Monique's goal looked a bit too open when Cícero Gonçalves came free, but Mané Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Carlinhos F.C's goalkeeper Fábio Peixoto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shi Yang Gang. Carlinhos F.C's Norberto de Sena was substituted for Michel Urbano. Carlinhos F.C's Francisco Simão was substituted for Noel Senna. Carlinhos F.C made a substitution. Reynaldo Palmeira replaced Cícero Gonçalves. When Shi Yang Gang got free in front of the goal in the 84th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Fábio Peixoto was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Shi Yang Gang came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the FS Baile De Monique fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shi Yang Gang couldn't finish the play. Shi Yang Gang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fábio Peixoto having to make a save. A collision led to Carlinhos F.C getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Caetano Paranaense hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Yang Gang in the 90th minute of play forced Carlinhos F.C's goalkeeper Fábio Peixoto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlinhos F.C's Fu Lin got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Carlinhos F.C booed when FS Baile De Monique was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertinho Chaves didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th match minute, FS Baile De Monique was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elder Lara to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Carlinhos F.C fans cheered their team off the field, for while FS Baile De Monique had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
