A collision led to Goiás Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Michel Loureiro hit a great ball. Kiko Rosado kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Oscar Pereira might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christiano Marques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oscar Pereira ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Goiás Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Zé Pedro da Mata hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Cacá Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christiano Marques made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cacá Vale in the 37th minute. Enrique Koehler kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Enrique Koehler dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Christiano Marques, 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 88thth minute of the game Enrique Koehler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Goiás Esporte Clube's Christiano Marques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Art Movies Entertainment players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
