The Social Anarquia F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ricardo Carneiro hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Reynaldo Cardozo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Zonta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Social Anarquia F.C.'s goalkeeper Remo Fontes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nestor da Rocha charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nestor da Rocha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nestor da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diogo Sá made a kick off. After 56 played minutes Fenix Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Carneiro. Reynaldo Cardozo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 57th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Vágner Aparecido. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Zonta in the 59th minute of play forced Fenix Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Reynaldo Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Jacinto in the 60th minute of play forced Social Anarquia F.C.'s goalkeeper Remo Fontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 66 played minutes Social Anarquia F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fiori Furtado. Osvaldo Zonta might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reynaldo Cardozo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Osvaldo Zonta ran back to his position shaking his head. Osvaldo Zonta who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Reynaldo Cardozo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Fenix Futebol Clube booed when Social Anarquia F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tymoteusz Rzegotka didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 85 minutes, Osvaldo Zonta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Social Anarquia F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Osvaldo Zonta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
