In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fúria Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Júlio Porto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of PeterDias FC booed when Fúria Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdir de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jânio Linhares took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Júlio Porto. Júlio Porto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jânio Linhares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Júlio Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute Paulo José Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hélder da Rocha during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Valdir de Senna received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Chico Fantini came out and tried to block the shot, but Valdir de Senna slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 44th minute. In the 48th match minute, PeterDias FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Başar Haylaz to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Cristian Pernambucano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fúria Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Pernambucano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 80thth minute of the game Cristian Pernambucano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PeterDias FC's Chico Fantini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Júlio Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo José Brito in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Sidney Corrêa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abdullah Taş received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Júlio Porto came out and tried to block the shot, but Abdullah Taş slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 92nd minute. After having played for 97 minutes, Jânio Linhares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
