In the 4th match minute, PeterDias FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidney Corrêa to maneuver through the defense. After 7 minutes, José Maria Pena made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. PeterDias FC's Chico Fantini tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 9th minute, José Maria Pena made a precise shot to the right of Chico Fantini. PeterDias FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 15 minutes into the game, A.D. Imperial's José Maria Pena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chico Fantini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 20 minutes PeterDias FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Clemente Massa who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Clemente Massa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Chico Fantini quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Maria Pena in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chico Fantini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A.D. Imperial's José Maria Pena got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 25th play minutes José Maria Pena shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Chico Fantini and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Maria Pena in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chico Fantini saved PeterDias FC from getting behind. Percival Simões charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Percival Simões the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to PeterDias FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Percival Simões hit a great ball. José Maria Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 34 minutes of play, A.D. Imperial's Akis Bouzios made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chico Fantini was left in no man's land by his defense there! After recieving a nice pass, A.D. Imperial's Clemente Massa tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Abdullah Taş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Imperial's Alexander Smith got a free kick in the 40th minute. Akis Bouzios might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chico Fantini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Akis Bouzios ran back to his position shaking his head. 45 minutes into the match, PeterDias FC's goal looked a bit too open when Akis Bouzios came free, but Chico Fantini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Maria Pena stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that José Maria Pena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chico Fantini was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. A.D. Imperial were furious when Zahir Sahnouni was red carded, 54 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in A.D. Imperial fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! Abdullah Taş shot the penalty kick right outside the post. A.D. Imperial made a substitution. Durvalino Trevisan replaced Róbson Mattos. In the 61stth minute of the game Jânio Linhares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.D. Imperial's Valeri Zabelin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valeri Zabelin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdullah Taş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Akis Bouzios got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Alexander Smith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Fantini having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, A.D. Chico Fantini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 77 minutes into the match, PeterDias FC's goalkeeper Chico Fantini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Akis Bouzios. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Alexander Smith managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.D. Imperial's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexander Smith was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 80th minute, Akis Bouzios got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 84th minute Abdullah Taş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valeri Zabelin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A.D. Imperial's Alexander Smith got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Imperial's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
