Matheus Donelli came out of the goal and Jasmin Jambrešić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. MAZER SAF's Matheus Donelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vito Veloso in the 13th minute of play. After some careless play in the MAZER SAF defense, Vito Veloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matheus Donelli. The MAZER SAF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matheus Donelli should have stopped the shot. 17 minutes into the match, MAZER SAF's goalkeeper Matheus Donelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Umberto de Souza. After 20 played minutes Umberto de Souza rounded MAZER SAF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. In the 26th minute, Luís Pontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matheus Donelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Domenec, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd play minute Jasmin Jambrešić came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Matheus Donelli. 3-0. With an all-out effort, São Salvador's Matheus Donelli threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aaron Domenec, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ángel Romero was the one to do the kick off. Matheus Donelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Domenec in the 51st minute of the match. Umberto de Souza scored 4-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matheus Donelli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ángel Romero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Gernando Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. São Salvador fully deserved thier win.
