Ignacio Llinares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 14th match minute, Rota66 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitório do Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. Ignacio Llinares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elder Mazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Dé Pernambucano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ignacio Llinares was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Betinho Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Elder Mazza sped through GUARULHOS FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ignacio Llinares. Rui Vander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ignacio Llinares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elder Mazza went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After 30 played minutes GUARULHOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Severino Guedes. Ignacio Llinares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilson Rossi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Elder Mazza notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of GUARULHOS FC's Ignacio Llinares. Ignacio Llinares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th minute Betinho Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Llinares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute of the match Rota66 got a corner. GUARULHOS FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wilson Rossi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Rota66's Wilson Rossi to fire away a dangerous shot which Ignacio Llinares despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 38th minute Elder Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Llinares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugênio Loureiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Galbarruri in the 40th minute of play. Ignacio Llinares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dé Pernambucano went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The wind increased when Rui Vander made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rui Vander during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 55th minute, Dé Pernambucano reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ignacio Llinares. The goal made the score 0-7. Elder Mazza scored 0-8 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ignacio Llinares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. GUARULHOS FC's Ignacio Llinares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dé Pernambucano in the 63rd minute of play. Ignacio Llinares made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Dé Pernambucano sent off a good shot on target. Rota66 made a substitution. 乔建迅 replaced Abelardo Gomes. In the 73rd minute, Elder Mazza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elder Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rota66's Silvano Madaleno quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Vladimir Paranaense, made in the 80th minute of the game. Ignacio Llinares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 乔建迅, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 82 minutes, Rui Vander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GUARULHOS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rui Vander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niculae Marioteanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugênio Loureiro having to interfere. A collision led to GUARULHOS FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Severino Guedes hit a great ball. After 91 played minutes Rota66 got a freekick which was hit by Betinho Leite. Rota66's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
