The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Abel Paulista dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 14th minute Gino do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Paulista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Paulista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Lozovan's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. The audience was convinced that Robert Lozovan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Paulista was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Gino do Valle struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Abel Paulista didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Limoeiro-PE FC. In the 31stth minute of the game Robert Lozovan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guaicurus SC's Abel Paulista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Robert Lozovan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Paulista was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. In the 33rd minute, Gino do Valle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Limoeiro-PE FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After 36 minutes, Robert Lozovan made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Guaicurus SC's Abel Paulista tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 39 minutes, Tomás Cabral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Limoeiro-PE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Cabral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gino do Valle took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abel Paulista. Abel Paulista dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Robert Lozovan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Guaicurus SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Limoeiro-PE FC were winning 0-6.

In the 52nd minute, Mazinho Peres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robert Lozovan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Abel Paulista skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Manfredo Arce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Daniël De Goeij tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Robert Lozovan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Abel Paulista. The goal made the score 0-7. Abel Paulista was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Robert Lozovan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Robert Lozovan really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. In the 70th minute, Limoeiro-PE FC's Robert Lozovan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abel Paulista. Abel Paulista yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. Limoeiro-PE FC's Jorginho de Queiroz was substituted for Raphael Macedo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Lozovan in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Paulista prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 77 minutes into the match, Robert Lozovan notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Guaicurus SC's Abel Paulista. Abel Paulista was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Limoeiro-PE FC made a substitution. Edgar Cabral replaced Gino do Valle. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 0-11 when Robert Lozovan sped through Guaicurus SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Abel Paulista. 87 minutes into the game, Robert Lozovan lined in a short shot 0-12 behind a frustrated Abel Paulista.
