An unexpectedly hard shot by Cícero Cruz in the 18th minute of play forced JOVENS DE OURO FC's goalkeeper Aírton Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Cícero Cruz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 26 minutes in the game, Arsenio Jakobe fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Aírton Monteiro having to interfere. Alfredinho Loyola hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Bryce Darby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aírton Monteiro having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cícero Cruz to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Nildo Macedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Aírton Monteiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cícero Cruz took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aírton Monteiro. Aírton Monteiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in JOVENS DE OURO FC's zone, Nildo Macedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aírton Monteiro came out of the goal and Nildo Macedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aírton Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryce Darby in the 62nd minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, JOVENS DE OURO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valdo Carioca came free, but Aírton Monteiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nildo Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Cícero Cruz put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Aírton Monteiro. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Xipoko had played much better football throughout.
