Aírton Monteiro made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Pedro Luís Tasso sent off a good shot on target. 5 minutes into the game, Tiago Gabriel Botelho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Aírton Monteiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in JOVENS DE OURO FC's zone, Pedro Luís Tasso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aírton Monteiro came out of the goal and Pedro Luís Tasso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cipriano Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. João Vítor Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Gil de Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gil de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Vítor Porto in the 20th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Cipriano Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Metoloko FC's Aníbal de Salles got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After 30 played minutes JOVENS DE OURO FC got a freekick which was hit by João Vítor Porto. 33 minutes into the match, Pedro Luís Tasso notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of JOVENS DE OURO FC's Aírton Monteiro. Aírton Monteiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute, Metoloko FC's Gusmão Vilela dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in JOVENS DE OURO FC's zone, Cipriano Figueiredo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aírton Monteiro came out of the goal and Cipriano Figueiredo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 45 played minutes, Metoloko FC's Dagoberto Barral shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aírton Monteiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Metoloko FC reached it. The crowd rose to their feet as Pedro Luís Tasso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aírton Monteiro. That made the score 5-0 in the 46 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

After 52 minutes of play, Metoloko FC's Tiago Gabriel Botelho made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aírton Monteiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cipriano Figueiredo was shown his second yellow card after 56 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Wilian Bittencourt kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. The Metoloko FC fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Metoloko FC's Tiago Gabriel Botelho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pedro Luís Tasso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aírton Monteiro having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Metoloko FC's goalkeeper Gil de Almeida had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Paulo Lira. Gusmão Vilela hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. If Adrianinho Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrianinho Dionísio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Gil de Almeida made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Pedro Luís Tasso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Metoloko FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Luís Tasso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aírton Monteiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Gabriel Botelho in the 84th minute of play forced JOVENS DE OURO FC's goalkeeper Aírton Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Adrianinho Dionísio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Metoloko FC's goalkeeper Gil de Almeida had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Paulo Lira. The supporters of JOVENS DE OURO FC booed when Metoloko FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gusmão Vilela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrianinho Dionísio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Metoloko FC's Gil de Almeida got control of the ball when José Paulo Lira tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Metoloko FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
