Yuri Arantes kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Cirilo EC's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz Reis came free, but André Ceresso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Dé Mandrak came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Cirilo EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dé Mandrak couldn't finish the play. 19 minutes into the game, Luiz Fabiano Meireles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Itapiciru EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cirilo EC the free kick. Luiz Fabiano Meireles kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reynaldo Pinho during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Itapiciru EC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Nico Hoffmann hit a great ball. Jano de Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jano de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Ceresso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luiz Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 28th match minute, Cirilo EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dé Mandrak to maneuver through the defense. André Luiz Reis took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised André Ceresso. André Ceresso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 37th minute André Luiz Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Ceresso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Dé Mandrak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cirilo EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dé Mandrak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Válbson Rossi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. André Ceresso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Luiz Reis in the 42nd minute of the match. The supporters of Itapiciru EC booed when Cirilo EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simão Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Dorian Neves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but André Ceresso was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Itapiciru EC's goalkeeper Válbson Rossi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Itapiciru EC's Luiz Fabiano Meireles got his second yellow card of the match in the 61st minute. The referee ordered Luiz Fabiano Meireles off the ground. But to his dismay, Jano de Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After some careless play in the Itapiciru EC defense, Dé Mandrak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Válbson Rossi. The Itapiciru EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Válbson Rossi should have stopped the shot. Dino Veiga hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Válbson Rossi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jano de Carvalho went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Dorian Neves who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of André Ceresso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dorian Nevess short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got André Ceresso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cirilo EC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
