The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Betão Neves took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Benê Breckenfeld to make any attempt to save it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Téo Alcântara during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 21st minute, Téo Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Trembolona's Betão Neves dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Hernani Leme got his second yellow card in the match during the 27th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Hernani Leme hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. A hard shot 32 in the game by Betão Neves from a close distance when the talented Benê Breckenfeld managed to make a qualified save. Chute de Ouro FC's players were relieved. A collision led to Trembolona getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ruy Lucas hit a great ball. Benê Breckenfeld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betão Neves in the 36th minute of play. Benê Breckenfeld made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Alfredão Toledo sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Betão Neves took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Benê Breckenfeld to make any attempt to save it. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Betão Neves got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Chute de Ouro FC's Benê Breckenfeld proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Chute de Ouro FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Betão Neves got free with Benê Breckenfeld in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Betão Neves made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chute de Ouro FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Paulinho Catarinense was slow to take the kick. During this time Trembolona's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Paulinho Catarinense almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chute de Ouro FC's Benê Breckenfeld did a great save. Betão Neves struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Benê Breckenfeld didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trembolona. Trembolona's attack was well implemented in the 60th minute, but when Betão Neves was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Dalmo Veloso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlinhos Furlan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Chute de Ouro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathias Lopez to maneuver through the defense. Betão Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Betão Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Betão Neves put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benê Breckenfeld. Benê Breckenfeld came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Trembolona's Betão Neves. But to his dismay, Betão Neves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Betão Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aílton Guimarães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benê Breckenfeld having to interfere. Aílton Guimarães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Trembolona were the better team. Trembolona's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
