In the 18th match minute, Hyrol MzFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cido Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Chuteira de Prata booed when Hyrol MzFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delfim Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fiori Matos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinícius Correia in the 24th minute of play. Delfim Andrade charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Delfim Andrade the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 played minutes Hyrol MzFC got a freekick which was hit by Delfim Andrade. Mateus Paulista struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Angelo Soares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hyrol MzFC. After 46 played minutes Chuteira de Prata got a freekick which was hit by Adelino Pimenta. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Vinícius Correia made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Chuteira de Prata getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Elivélton Lara hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Cido Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute, Mateus Paulista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Soares was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 73rd minute, Delfim Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A throw-in in the 76th minute of the game was made by Vitinho de Lara with Cido Fonseca as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 85 minutes, Reynaldo Montenegro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hyrol MzFC and the Chuteira de Prata players grew even worse after the yellow card. 88 minutes into the game, Hyrol MzFC's Cido Fonseca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelo Soares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. 91 minutes into the game, Vitinho de Lara threw the ball into play from the sideline. Chuteira de Prata's Adelino Pimenta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Mateus Paulista sped through Chuteira de Prata's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Angelo Soares. Chuteira de Prata's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
