The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute of the match Atlético de Blumenau got a corner. After a rather tough play, Atlético de Blumenau's Haroldo Nazario got a free kick in the 8th minute. Murillo Peixoto made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Vágner Diniz sent off a good shot on target. When Reac Futebol Clube's Vágner Diniz in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atlético de Blumenau's goalie prevented a goal. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atlético de Blumenau's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Reac Futebol Clube's Vágner Diniz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 17th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Leopoldo Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Vágner Diniz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vágner Diniz in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Murillo Peixoto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Leopoldo Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Murillo Peixoto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Délio Couto, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Amedeo Mameli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 陆昂国 having to interfere. Vágner Diniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Murillo Peixoto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Atlético de Blumenau's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Figueiredo came free, but Murillo Peixoto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Murillo Peixoto was a little too slow when Délio Couto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vágner Diniz to make the kick off. A collision led to Atlético de Blumenau getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Atahan Perk hit a great ball. With a little luck, Reac Futebol Clube's 陆昂国 got control of the ball when Amedeo Mameli tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 58th minute, Vágner Diniz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Murillo Peixoto was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Reac Futebol Clube made a substitution. Giovani Cordeiro replaced João Vítor Moreira. 63 minutes into the game, Reac Futebol Clube's Vágner Diniz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Murillo Peixoto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 75 minutes into the match, Atlético de Blumenau's goal looked a bit too open when Vágner Diniz came free, but Murillo Peixoto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Haroldo Nazario fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético de Blumenau's protests and gave Haroldo Nazario a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th minute, Haroldo Nazario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vágner Diniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Murillo Peixoto was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 96 minutes into the game, Reac Futebol Clube's Vágner Diniz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Murillo Peixoto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Reac Futebol Clube had played much better football throughout.
