When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Mateus Paulista put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Luís Fábio Machado. In the 6th minute Mateus Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fábio Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 100 Chance's Luís Fábio Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateus Paulista in the 8th minute of play. After 16 minutes of play, Hyrol MzFC's Mateus Paulista made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Fábio Machado was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateus Paulista in the 20th minute of play forced 100 Chance's goalkeeper Luís Fábio Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cido Fonseca came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Hyrol MzFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cido Fonseca couldn't finish the play. Roberto Gerber got a throw-in 23 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Arnaldo Teixeira. 24 minutes into the game, Wágner Santana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hyrol MzFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 100 Chance the free kick. 26 minutes into the match, Hyrol MzFC's goalkeeper Fiori Matos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Fábio Andrade. In the 27th minute, Mateus Paulista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Fábio Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Luís Fábio Machado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mateus Paulista went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. A collision led to 100 Chance getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Naldo Marquez hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Marinho during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arnaldo Teixeira got a throw-in 40 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Luís Fábio Andrade. The 100 Chance players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hyrol MzFC were winning 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mateus Paulista to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in 100 Chance's zone, Cido Fonseca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Fábio Machado came out of the goal and Cido Fonseca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 64 minutes into the match, 100 Chance's goalkeeper Luís Fábio Machado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cido Fonseca. 66 minutes in the game, Mateus Paulista fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Luís Fábio Machado having to interfere. Mateus Paulista might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Fábio Machado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mateus Paulista ran back to his position shaking his head. Mateus Paulista who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Luís Fábio Machado when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 80 minutes 100 Chance's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aníbal Berger who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Hyrol MzFC's corner Aníbal Berger fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Luís Fábio Machado quite easily take care of the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Cido Fonseca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Fábio Machado. 100 Chance's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cido Fonseca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Luís Fábio Machado came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Hyrol MzFC's Mateus Paulista. But to his dismay, Mateus Paulista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Josué de Sena hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Hyrol MzFC played a much better game than 100 Chance and deserved their victory. The 100 Chance players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
