The referee ignored EC Carlos Camisão's protests and gave Charles Queiroz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, one of EC Carlos Camisão:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for EC Carlos Camisão. After 10 minutes EC Carlos Camisão's goalkeeper André Luiz Cosme managed, with a little bit of luck, save Váldson Vides's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Jeremias Luz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clube Wepink Futebol's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremias Luz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Luiz Cosme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. André Luiz Cosme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeremias Luz in the 12th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Jorginho da Fonseca recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of André Luiz Cosme. Thanks to some nice moves Jeremias Luz could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which André Luiz Cosme however easily saved by the left post. In the 30th match minute, Clube Wepink Futebol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorginho da Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. Justino Gorri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Vítor de Almeida in the 32nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that José Vítor de Almeida's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Justino Gorri was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 33 minutes into the match, Clube Wepink Futebol's goal looked a bit too open when Arlindo Oliveira came free, but Justino Gorri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clube Wepink Futebol's Justino Gorri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Vítor de Almeida in the 48th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Váldson Vides stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. José Vítor de Almeida's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Justino Gorri firmly grabbed it by the left post. Justino Gorri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Vítor de Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Clube Wepink Futebol getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Luís Quadros hit a great ball. If Arlindo Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Clube Wepink Futebol's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after José Vítor de Almeida fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. José Vítor de Almeida in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Justino Gorri, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arlindo Oliveira in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Justino Gorri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. EC Carlos Camisão's Arlindo Oliveira got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Clube Wepink Futebol's zone, José Vítor de Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justino Gorri came out of the goal and José Vítor de Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 94 played minutes EC Carlos Camisão got a freekick which was hit by Vali Ţiriac. 95 minutes into the game, Luís Quadros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clube Wepink Futebol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EC Carlos Camisão the free kick. The supporters of EC Carlos Camisão booed when Clube Wepink Futebol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Quadros didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, Clube Wepink Futebol could leave the field as winners, despite EC Carlos Camisão having more of the ball for most of the match.
