Lenílson Mattos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vágner Matos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. The corner ended in Charles Queiroz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but East Carris Albion 1872's Vágner Matos did a great save. José Vítor de Almeida who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Vágner Matos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 18th minute, Arlindo Oliveira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vágner Matos. The goal made the score 2-0. A collision led to EC Carlos Camisão getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Charles Queiroz hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Arlindo Oliveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vágner Matos was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 29th minute, Arlindo Oliveira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EC Carlos Camisão fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After 32 played minutes East Carris Albion 1872 got a freekick which was hit by Damian Smuskiewicz. In the 33rd minute, EC Carlos Camisão's Arlindo Oliveira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vágner Matos. Vágner Matos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 39th minute, João Pedro Pirani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vágner Matos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arlindo Oliveira in the 42nd minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marius Baltramaitis to make the kick off. The referee felt a red card was in order, 55 minutes into the game, when Gildo Quadros put in a rough tackle. After 55 played minutes East Carris Albion 1872 got a freekick which was hit by Gildo Quadros. When Osvaldo Guerra fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EC Carlos Camisão's protests and gave Osvaldo Guerra a yellow card for diving instead. The goalkeeper, André Luiz Cosme, was totally fooled by East Carris Albion 1872's Damian Smuskiewicz, who 60 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 83rdth minute of the game Arlindo Oliveira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but East Carris Albion 1872's Vágner Matos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 84th match minute, East Carris Albion 1872 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tibor Sallói to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute, Arlindo Oliveira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. East Carris Albion 1872's Vágner Matos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vali Ţiriac in the 90th minute of play. João Pedro Pirani kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, East Carris Albion 1872's goal looked a bit too open when Arlindo Oliveira came free, but Vágner Matos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Vítor de Almeida scored 9-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vágner Matos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 98 minutes, the score became 10-2 when Arlindo Oliveira sped through East Carris Albion 1872's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vágner Matos. When the referee ended the match the EC Carlos Camisão players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
