Spectators: 7650 (Terracing: 5738, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 153) Stian Selnes made the kick off and thus started the match. Istivan Crainic tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedrinho de Queirós came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Besouro SS's Dedê Dionísio. But to his dismay, Dedê Dionísio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Stian Selnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, Besouro SS's goal looked a bit too open when Stian Selnes came free, but Istivan Crainic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Stian Selnes made a precise shot to the right of Istivan Crainic. Besouro SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After some careless play in the Besouro SS defense, Stian Selnes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Istivan Crainic. The Besouro SS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Istivan Crainic should have stopped the shot. If Ole-Johan Larsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Istivan Crainic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stian Selnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, Dedê Dionísio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Pedrinho de Queirós was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 32 minutes into the game, Ole-Johan Larsen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Istivan Crainic was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 36th minute Stian Selnes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Istivan Crainic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Istivan Crainic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ole-Johan Larsen in the 40th minute of the match. Istivan Crainic didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stian Selnes went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Istivan Crainic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stian Selnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Stian Selnes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Istivan Crainic. Besouro SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stian Selnes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jailson Paranaense was the one to do the kick off. Ole-Johan Larsen scored 2-6 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Istivan Crainic, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Galtero got free with Istivan Crainic in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ole-Johan Larsen in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Istivan Crainic, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Istivan Crainic managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Alfa FC's Stian Selnes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Istivan Crainic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferreirinha Vinhas in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Ole-Johan Larsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Istivan Crainic was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-7. Besouro SS's Istivan Crainic proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Besouro SS from getting a goal against them. Alfa FC's Ole-Johan Larsen got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
