In the 3rd minute, Hernani Nunes made a precise shot to the right of Istivan Crainic. Besouro SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Istivan Crainic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdir Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Istivan Crainic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Montoia in the 21st minute of play. In the 21st minute, Lauro Souto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Gustavo Neto in the 22nd minute really tested Fonso Zotillo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 25th minute of the match Severino Capixaba sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Istivan Crainic skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of XV de Piracicaba booed when Besouro SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ademar Pinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Kobra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fonso Zotillo having to interfere. Mateus Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Toninho Galvão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Istivan Crainic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 minutes, Valdir Marquez made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Besouro SS's Istivan Crainic tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Thanks to some nice moves Valdir Marquez could shoot a difficult shot in the 50th minute, which Istivan Crainic however easily saved by the left post. When the match clock showed 50 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Valdir Marquez sped through Besouro SS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Istivan Crainic. After 60 played minutes Besouro SS got a freekick which was hit by Dedê Dionísio. XV de Piracicaba's Gonçalo Brasil was substituted for Valdir Marquez. After 62 played minutes Besouro SS got a freekick which was hit by Dedê Dionísio. Besouro SS were furious when Silas Zanette was red carded, 63 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Besouro SS getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Silas Zanette hit a great ball. Severino Capixaba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Istivan Crainic made a huge save. 66 minutes into the match, Besouro SS's goalkeeper Istivan Crainic had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Toninho Galvão. 68 minutes into the match, Fábio Montoia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Istivan Crainic, 0-4. 72 minutes into the match, Besouro SS's goal looked a bit too open when Hernani Nunes came free, but Istivan Crainic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Hélio Pena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Besouro SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave XV de Piracicaba the free kick. Istivan Crainic made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Gonçalo Brasil sent off a good shot on target. Gonçalo Brasil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Istivan Crainic made a huge save. 82 minutes into the match, Besouro SS's goal looked a bit too open when Fábio Montoia came free, but Istivan Crainic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fonso Zotillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zé Kobra's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. With a little luck, Besouro SS's Istivan Crainic got control of the ball when Gonçalo Brasil tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 91st minute, Gonçalo Brasil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Istivan Crainic was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. The Besouro SS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. XV de Piracicaba were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
