Pedro Luiz Mineiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durvalino Furlan in the 21st minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Bangu RJ's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Aparecido came free, but Pedro Luiz Mineiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ervalzinho's Isaias Erasto got a free kick in the 31st minute. The supporters of Ervalzinho booed when Bangu RJ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. 龙远雄 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Luiz Mineiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Aparecido, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 39 minutes of play, Ervalzinho's Alfredo Aparecido made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Luiz Mineiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabiano Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Prudencio Hustaz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dominik Bartelak. That made the score 3-1 in the 45 minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 龙远雄 to make the kick off. Durvalino Furlan might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Luiz Mineiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Durvalino Furlan ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Ervalzinho's Isaias Erasto got a free kick in the 67th minute. Valdir Figueiredo didn't quite understand what happened when in the 68 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Arnaldo Laguna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 75 minutes, 龙远雄 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bangu RJ's supporters crossed their fingers, but 龙远雄 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bangu RJ's Pedro Luiz Mineiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durvalino Furlan in the 77th minute of play. 龙远雄 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dominik Bartelak came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Bangu RJ's 龙远雄. But to his dismay, 龙远雄 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1.
