The corner led Avantchê's Usain Bolt to fire away a dangerous shot which Edu Novaes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Avantchê's goalkeeper Fausto do Valle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Deng Peng Yang. After 10 minutes of play, Avantchê's Eusebio Rajoi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edu Novaes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Deng Peng Yang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Fausto do Valle made a huge save. Adriano Abraão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Edu Novaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edu Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Cardoso in the 23rd minute of the match. After 24 played minutes Brejo SS got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Vazquez. After a rather tough play, Brejo SS's Bruno Pais got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 32nd minute, Dino Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Avantchê getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Adriano Abraão hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes Avantchê got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Cardoso. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adriano Abraão to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Deng Peng Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto do Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Avantchê's goal looked a bit too open when Deng Peng Yang came free, but Fausto do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Tuncer Bicanoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto do Valle came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Brejo SS's Deng Peng Yang. But to his dismay, Deng Peng Yang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Gonzalo Vazquez kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th match minute, Brejo SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Pais to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Avantchê's goalkeeper Fausto do Valle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Brejo SS's goalkeeper Edu Novaes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Fernando Pernambucano. After 78 minutes Avantchê's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Diamantino Donatello who took care of the corner kick. Claudinho Albuquerque hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 83rd match minute, Avantchê was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Rajoi to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Brejo SS's Dino Seco got a free kick in the 88th minute. After having played for 94 minutes, Deng Peng Yang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brejo SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Deng Peng Yang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
