Severino Quintal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maicon Tinoco in the 3rd minute. With an all-out effort, Mashoutsukai Sport Klub's Severino Quintal threw himself towards the right post 12 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pedro Fahl, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Mashoutsukai Sport Klub's Maicon Tinoco got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute, Tony da Silveira made a precise shot to the right of Severino Quintal. Piratas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. A collision led to Piratas getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Amauri Santos hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Mashoutsukai Sport Klub's Pedro Fahl ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Severino Quintal. Severino Quintal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After 28 minutes of play, Mashoutsukai Sport Klub's Agnaldo Rodrigues made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Severino Quintal was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Piratas's Severino Quintal got control of the ball when Agnaldo Rodrigues tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vintilă Remus in the 37th minute of play forced Mashoutsukai Sport Klub's goalkeeper Guto Wilson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Piratas's goalkeeper Severino Quintal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maicon Tinoco. After 40 played minutes Piratas got a freekick which was hit by Amauri Santos. With a little luck, Piratas's Severino Quintal got control of the ball when Agnaldo Rodrigues tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maicon Tinoco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maicon Tinoco was the one to do the kick off. Tony da Silveira scored 5-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severino Quintal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Delfim Barreto charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Delfim Barreto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 54 played minutes Piratas got a freekick which was hit by Delfim Barreto. The Mashoutsukai Sport Klub fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Mashoutsukai Sport Klub's Maicon Tinoco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Agnaldo Rodrigues struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Severino Quintal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mashoutsukai Sport Klub. After a defensive mix-up in Piratas's zone, Agnaldo Rodrigues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severino Quintal came out of the goal and Agnaldo Rodrigues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Severino Quintal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maicon Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Severino Quintal came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Mashoutsukai Sport Klub's Maicon Tinoco. But to his dismay, Maicon Tinoco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Nestor Veloso in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Guto Wilson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Edmílson Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guto Wilson having to interfere. The supporters of Mashoutsukai Sport Klub booed when Piratas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Veloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severino Quintal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Fahl in the 83rd minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Piratas's goal looked a bit too open when Maicon Tinoco came free, but Severino Quintal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes in the game, Nestor Veloso fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Guto Wilson having to interfere. Severino Quintal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maicon Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mashoutsukai Sport Klub walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
