Arlindo Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Iwo Karbowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cacá Arruda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Paulista, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, UP! Essencia FC's Natanael Rosa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iwo Karbowski. Iwo Karbowski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. After some careless play in the Arrumatretas defense, Natanael Rosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iwo Karbowski. The Arrumatretas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iwo Karbowski should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernani Ramalho during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ernani Ramalho kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The UP! Essencia FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing UP! Essencia FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
