Chupan Moco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 14 minutes into the match, Operario F C - MS's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Kisielka came free, but Chupan Moco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antônio Carlos Veloso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Clube Atlético Impávido booed when Operario F C - MS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Palmeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edward Kisielka took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chupan Moco. Chupan Moco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 28th match minute, Operario F C - MS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedrinho Vargas to maneuver through the defense. When Edward Kisielka came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Clube Atlético Impávido fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edward Kisielka couldn't finish the play. In the 31st minute Richard Boschker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chupan Moco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chupan Moco came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Clube Atlético Impávido's Edward Kisielka. But to his dismay, Edward Kisielka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Richard Boschker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Chupan Moco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 乔弘挺 kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. If Stig-Arne Ekström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edward Kisielka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chupan Moco having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stig-Arne Ekström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Richard Boschker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Operario F C - MS's Chupan Moco got control of the ball when Stig-Arne Ekström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Clube Atlético Impávido's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
