Spectators: 7782 (Terracing: 5838, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 155) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dariusz Jaruzelski took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Marzagão's Jânio Faria got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 6thth minute of the game Dario Gentili who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dementadores's Zeca Oliveira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oliviero Vuelta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeca Oliveira having to interfere. Zeca Oliveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oliviero Vuelta's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. In the 14th minute, Oliviero Vuelta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zeca Oliveira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oliviero Vuelta went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Marzagão getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Alexandre Alves hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the game, Marzagão's Oliviero Vuelta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zeca Oliveira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 27 played minutes Dementadores got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Olof Arenstedt. Paulinho Velloso hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Marzagão's Valério Mazza tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Marzagão's Oliviero Vuelta in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dementadores's goalie prevented a goal. Jan-Olof Arenstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Marzagão's Valério Mazza got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Dario Gentili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Oliviero Vuelta came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Marzagão fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliviero Vuelta couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute Oliviero Vuelta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeca Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Alexandre Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zeca Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Toledo in the 46th minute of play. In the 48th minute of the match Marzagão got a corner. Dementadores's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valério Mazza ran over to the corner to take the kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oliviero Vuelta to strike the kick off in the second half. Marzagão's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Valério Mazza in the 54th minute. Marzagão's Oliviero Vuelta was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zeca Oliveira in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mieszko Karanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Jaruzelski in the 57th minute of play. Dariusz Jaruzelski struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Mieszko Karanowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dementadores. In the 62nd minute, Oliviero Vuelta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zeca Oliveira. The goal made the score 0-3. In the 65th minute, Dario Gentili got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Dario Gentili came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Marzagão fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dario Gentili couldn't finish the play. In the 69th minute, Jânio Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Marzagão booed when Dementadores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Luciano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marzagão made a substitution. Murillo do Valle replaced Dario Gentili. In the 77th play minute Oliviero Vuelta came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zeca Oliveira. 0-4. After 81 minutes, Oliviero Vuelta made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Dementadores's Zeca Oliveira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Zeca Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliviero Vuelta in the 84th minute of play. Dementadores's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Oliviero Vuelta scored to the left of an out of position Zeca Oliveira, making the score, 0-6. Marzagão's Mieszko Karanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petruț Ostoici in the 92nd minute of play. Oliviero Vuelta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marzagão's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
