Edson Ramalho came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC's Dieguinho Machado. But to his dismay, Dieguinho Machado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Robinho Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dadá Soares in the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Arthur Quintal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luan Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 10 played minutes ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC got a freekick which was hit by Mané Mota. After 12 played minutes, ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC's Waldemar da Rocha shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edson Ramalho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC reached it. Mané Mota charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mané Mota the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 20 minutes, Luan Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meninos do Morro F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luan Vale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dieguinho Machado took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edson Ramalho. Edson Ramalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Cauan Domingues scored 0-3 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edson Ramalho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dieguinho Machado in the 30th minute of play forced Meninos do Morro F.C's goalkeeper Edson Ramalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Allan Silva hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Meninos do Morro F.C's Dadá Soares slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Robinho Sampaio. That made the score 1-3 after 37 minutes of play. After 44 played minutes ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC got a freekick which was hit by Mané Mota. Dadá Soares received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Robinho Sampaio came out and tried to block the shot, but Dadá Soares slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dieguinho Machado was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Dadá Soares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Robinho Sampaio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edson Ramalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cauan Domingues in the 57th minute. In the 61st minute, Dieguinho Machado made a precise shot to the right of Edson Ramalho. Meninos do Morro F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. Dieguinho Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cauan Domingues's late challenge caught a Meninos do Morro F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cauan Domingues helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC's Cauan Domingues got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the match, ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC's goal looked a bit too open when Dadá Soares came free, but Robinho Sampaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC booed when Meninos do Morro F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cafu Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Meninos do Morro F.C defense, Dieguinho Machado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edson Ramalho. The Meninos do Morro F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edson Ramalho should have stopped the shot. Arthur Quintal's late challenge caught a Meninos do Morro F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arthur Quintal helped the player get up and apologised. Arthur Quintal hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
