An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Souza in the 23rd minute of play forced Verdão da Mantiqueira's goalkeeper Niklas Lundhberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, 洪延广 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niklas Lundhberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After some careless play in the Verdão da Mantiqueira defense, Fausto Vimaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niklas Lundhberg. The Verdão da Mantiqueira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niklas Lundhberg should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Verdão da Mantiqueira's zone, Fausto Vimaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niklas Lundhberg came out of the goal and Fausto Vimaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the match, 洪延广 notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Verdão da Mantiqueira's Niklas Lundhberg. Niklas Lundhberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Verdão da Mantiqueira's Niklas Lundhberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Verdão da Mantiqueira from getting a goal against them. Futbol Club RRFV's supporters rose to their feet, but André Luís Martins was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niklas Lundhberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Angelo Velasco came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Verdão da Mantiqueira's Leandro Cunha. But to his dismay, Leandro Cunha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-9. Didi Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Niklas Lundhberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Vimaro took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niklas Lundhberg. Niklas Lundhberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-10. The Verdão da Mantiqueira fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Futbol Club RRFV were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
