Mandi Oca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Luiz Fábio Custódio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacinto Quirino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Marcel Lopez made the kick off in the second half. Perivaldo Queirós made in the 51st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Richard Sanches immediately put the ball in play. The supporters of Tribos 4EVER booed when AE esporte clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perivaldo Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Jacinto Quirino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luiz Fábio Custódio. AE esporte clube's Luiz Fábio Custódio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredinho Botelho in the 93rd minute of play. Tribos 4EVER's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
