Quiroga F.C.'s Dadá Massa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Abilio in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Trahira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caetano de Salles to maneuver through the defense. Raphael de Queiroz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Xavier Verhaeghen. Trahira FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 16 played minutes Trahira FC got a freekick which was hit by Americo Abilio. Xavier Verhaeghen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raúl Guedes, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute, Caetano de Salles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Quiroga F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Delbert Grady came free, but Dadá Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quiroga F.C.'s Dadá Massa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delbert Grady in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Delbert Grady got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Trahira FC's Xavier Verhaeghen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elivélton Cunha in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romário de Souza in the 33rd minute of play forced Quiroga F.C.'s goalkeeper Dadá Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quiroga F.C.'s Dadá Massa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delbert Grady in the 39th minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Delbert Grady managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trahira FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delbert Grady was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romário de Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Dadá Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Delbert Grady stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes in the game, Romário de Souza fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dadá Massa having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Delbert Grady notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Quiroga F.C.'s Dadá Massa. Dadá Massa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romário de Souza in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dadá Massa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 62nd minute, Quiroga F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Delbert Grady fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Caetano de Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delbert Grady could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Dadá Massa made a huge save. In the 72nd minute, Edinho Terra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delbert Grady received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dadá Massa came out and tried to block the shot, but Delbert Grady slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 78th minute. Dadá Massa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romário de Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Dalmo dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dadá Massa having to interfere. In the 86th minute of the match, Delbert Grady got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dadá Massa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Quiroga F.C.'s Dadá Massa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romário de Souza in the 88th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, Caetano de Salles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trahira FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quiroga F.C. the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romário de Souza in the 91st minute of play forced Quiroga F.C.'s goalkeeper Dadá Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romário de Souza had several of the Quiroga F.C.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 93 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Dadá Massa as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the match was over Trahira FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Quiroga F.C. throughout the match.
