Válter Peixoto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gürhan İlenç in the 23rd minute of play. Flu Lawyers Soccer Club's Evaristo Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Messias in the 24th minute of play. Mourad Amirouche struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Evaristo Neves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sport Guild Atlantis. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when André Messias stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match was over Flu Lawyers Soccer Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sport Guild Atlantis throughout the match.
