With a little luck, Atlético Minuano's Yuri Loureiro got control of the ball when Betão Vergílio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute, Adrian Lång hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Atlético Minuano booed when ONZE BASTA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adalberto Gaspar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, ONZE BASTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dominik Piglowski came free, but Delfim Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delfim Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredinho Aparecido in the 26th minute of play. Delfim Fonseca came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Minuano's Alfredinho Aparecido. But to his dismay, Alfredinho Aparecido quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Delfim Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredinho Aparecido, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. If Alfredinho Aparecido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by ONZE BASTA FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nicolas Romero was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético Minuano's players had a chance to rest. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of ONZE BASTA FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Atlético Minuano:s goal. ONZE BASTA FC:s Delfim Fonseca showed great skill when he stopped Nicolas Romero:s penalty. Delfim Fonseca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Romero's shot from short distance in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Adrian Lång made the kick off in the second half. Nicolas Romero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aírton Xavier in the 64th minute of play forced Atlético Minuano's goalkeeper Yuri Loureiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolas Romero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Delfim Fonseca skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Delfim Fonseca successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Nicolas Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, Atlético Minuano's Delfim Fonseca threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mathias Ortiz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Mathias Ortiz sped through ONZE BASTA FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Delfim Fonseca. In the 94th minute, Atlético Minuano's Mathias Ortiz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Delfim Fonseca. Delfim Fonseca yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Atlético Minuano's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
